About the Role: Lead client growth, customer engagement and partnership strategy across occupational rehabilitation services Develop and strengthen referral channels across Workers Compensation, CTP, Comcare, private, NDIS and workplace health markets Build trusted relationships with insurers, employers, referrers, brokers and other key decision-makers Grow existing accounts by identifying service gaps, improving retention and increasing referral opportunities Represent the business through presentations, market meetings, networking, capability sessions and tenders Use referral data, client feedback and market insights to identify trends, risks and commercial opportunities Work closely with clinical, operational and leadership teams to align client expectations with service delivery Share customer insights to support service innovation and identify unmet market needs Monitor referral activity, pipeline progress, account health and customer engagement Maintain clear CRM notes, stakeholder updates and reporting to support growth planning.
